About Available Countries

・All orders will be shipped from Japan.

・We can ship internationally to the following countries:
Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Australia.

1. About Shipping Fee

・Shipping fees for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods

3. Shipping Time

・Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after receiving your order request.

4. Order Tracking

・When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

・If you do not receive your order within 10 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number.

・We do not accept delivery date and time specifications for international orders. After shipment, you may adjust delivery details directly with the shipping company using the tracking number provided.

・Note: Updates and status of shipping information are managed by the shipping company. We cannot guarantee delivery status or delivery times, and we are not responsible for them.

 5. Import Duties, Taxes, and Fees

・International orders are considered personal imports. Therefore, when the product arrives at the destination country, import duties, taxes, and fees (including VAT,GST,SST) may apply. These are not included in the checkout amount or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

・Customs duties and taxes are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. They may not always be charged, but the assessment depends on the order value and the duty-free allowance for personal imports, which vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.

・The recipient is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes, which may be collected upon delivery. We cannot pay these fees on behalf of the recipient.

・If a return shipment occurs due to prohibited items, unpaid duties, or taxes, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and related charges. Refunds are not accepted for returns caused by unpaid customs duties or taxes. In case of customs clearance failure or unsuccessful delivery, the customer is also responsible for return shipping fees and charges.

・Please make sure to check the import laws of your country. We cannot answer inquiries regarding import laws.

6. Cancellations and Changes

・We do not accept cancellations or any changes (such as shipping address, billing address, contact information, ordered items, quantities, or any other order-related details) after the order has been placed.

 7. Orders Using Forwarding Services

・If you use a forwarding company or third-party delivery service, we cannot accept returns even if the product has initial defects.

・Click Post (Flat rate ¥198 nationwide / Available only for eligible products / No date and time specification / No compensation for shipping accidents / With tracking)

・Yamato Transport (Fees vary depending on the number of items / Shipping fees can be checked on the product page / Available for Okinawa only / With tracking)

・Sagawa Express (Fees vary depending on the number of items / Shipping fees can be checked on the product page / Available for all regions except Okinawa / With tracking)

3. Shipping Time

・Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after receiving your order request.

・If you select Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express and require expedited delivery, please write your preferred delivery date and time in the order memo field in the cart. If possible, we will ship with your preferred delivery date and time. If not, we will ship with the earliest possible delivery date based on your delivery region.

4. Order Tracking

・When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be included, so you can check the delivery status.
