【Return and Exchange Policy for Orders from Outside Japan】

To ensure you can use our services with confidence, we provide information regarding returns and exchanges due to customer convenience, as well as returns due to initial defects or incorrect shipments.

1. Returns Due to Customer Convenience (Customer Pays Shipping Costs)

We accept returns and size exchanges due to customer convenience, such as "the size did not fit" or "the item was different from the image."

For size exchanges, we will only accept exchanges for the same product as the returned item. However, please be aware that we may not be able to fulfill your exchange request due to our inventory status, in which case we will process a refund instead.

Return/Exchange Conditions

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please be sure to contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period.

Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

1. Products that have passed 8 days or more since arrival.

2. Products that have been used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.

3. Products with the delivery note, product tag, or label detached or lost.

4. Products that have developed an odor, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession.

5. If the condition of the returned product (including the box and accessories) differs significantly from the condition at the time of shipment.

6. Sale items or pre-order items.

Return/Exchange Procedure

・If you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Support within 7 days from the product delivery date (based on the date the delivery company marks as "Delivery Completed"). We cannot accept returns or issue refunds after 7 days.

・For international returns, documents essential for customs clearance are required. We will email you a template for these documents when a return is requested; you must use this template.

・After contacting us, please return the product to the address specified by us at your expense.

・All shipping fees and handling charges for size exchanges will be borne by the customer. We will issue a web invoice and send you the URL for payment.

・When returning the item, it must be unused, with tags and accessories attached in the condition they were received, and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase documents, such as the delivery note or order confirmation email.

・Please arrange for the return shipment to our specified address within 7 days of the return request submission. If the return shipment is not completed within this period, we will not be able to refund the corresponding item.

Refund Details

・Only the product price is eligible for a refund. The original shipping fee and the cost incurred for the return shipment will not be refunded.

If you paid customs duties or other taxes upon import, we cannot refund these customs duties or taxes. For refunds of duties and taxes, please contact the customs office in the destination country or refer to "Customs Rates for Each Country."

2. Returns Due to Initial Defects or Incorrect Shipments (Company Pays Shipping Costs)

We will only address product defects as follows:

・If an initial defect or incorrect shipment occurs, please contact us by email within 7 days of product arrival. This applies only to unused items.

・We will verify the defect or shipment details. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

Return Procedure

・If you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Support within 7 days of the product delivery date. Please understand that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds even for defects or incorrect shipments after 7 days.

・If an initial defect or incorrect shipment is confirmed, we will accept the return shipment at our expense. We will provide separate instructions on the return method from Customer Support.

・When returning the item, it must be unused, with tags and accessories attached in the condition they were received, and in the original packaging. Please include proof of purchase documents, such as the delivery note or order confirmation email.

・Please arrange for the return shipment to our specified address within 7 days of the return request submission. If the return shipment is not completed within this period, we will not be able to refund the corresponding item.

Refund Details

・If all products ordered were initially defective or incorrectly shipped, we will refund the full product price and shipping fee.

・If multiple items were ordered and only a portion is returned, only the price of the returned item is eligible for a refund. The shipping fee will not be refunded.

・Even if you paid customs duties or other taxes upon import, we cannot refund these customs duties or taxes. We recommend contacting the local customs office for information on refunds of duties and taxes.

3. Refund Procedure

・Once the returned item is received and inspected, our Customer Support team will contact you. We will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days of our contact.

・Additional processing time may be required for the refund to be reflected, depending on the payment method used, credit card company, or bank.

・Refunds are only processed using the original payment method at the time of purchase. Refunds by bank transfer or other methods are not available.

・If you have not received your refund 15 business days or more after receiving the acknowledgment from Customer Support that the returned item was received, please contact us via the Customer Support page.

Please be aware that refunds may not be accepted for returns or exchanges that do not follow the above return procedure.

4. Important Notice Regarding Delivery Failure

・If the product is returned to us due to failure to clear customs because of unpaid delivery expenses or fees, long-term absence, customer-initiated refusal of receipt, or other reasons, the order will not be eligible for a refund. In cases where the product is returned to us under these circumstances, re-shipment is not available, and the transaction will be considered complete.

In the event of an initial defect or incorrect shipment, please return the item to us using freight collect(Chakubarai). We will provide the return address via email.

2. Regarding Returns and Size Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience

For returns due to customer convenience, such as "the item was different from the image," "the size did not fit," or "I placed the wrong order," we will issue a refund deducting the bank transfer fee and the shipping fee (if shipping was initially free).

For size exchanges, we will only accept exchanges for the same product as the returned item. However, please be aware that we may not be able to fulfill your exchange request due to our inventory status, in which case we will process a refund instead.

If the size does not fit, we accept size exchanges for ordered items after you have received them (limited to unused items).

All shipping fees and handling charges for size exchanges will be borne by the customer.

・We cannot offer re-shipment if the product is returned to us.

・We bear no responsibility for misdelivery or theft issues resulting from "leave at door" delivery (Okihai) arranged between the customer and the delivery company or requested by the customer.
